mBolden Marketing and Operations Coordinator

mBolden, the global community for women in digital marketing, is seeking a marketing and operations coordinator to support the leadership team.

 

What you'll do

The Marketing and Operations Coordinator will work directly with mBolden leadership, performing a number of operational, marketing, and administrative duties, critical to the success of our organization The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn about the digital and media industry, and has a passion for getting involved with an organization that empowers, inspires, and connects women.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Managing calendars and meetings for the leadership team

  • Working closely with the CMO on design and development of marketing collateral

  • Managing social posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Collecting content and organizing production and delivery of the monthly mBolden newsletter

  • Project managing podcast scheduling, production, and distribution of the MadWomen podcast  

  • Point of contact to ensure proper communication is distributed to the chapters and that their needs and asks are addressed by leadership

Who you are

  • Strong organizational, administrative, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

  • Proactive problem solving to ensure projects are on schedule and properly resourced

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism in communications

  • Advanced expertise in GSuite (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram

  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Passion for championing female leadership and women’s career development

  • Event planning background a plus

  • Able to commit 10-20 hours per week $15/hour
